Carlos Peñafiel

Founded by Sarah-Linh Tran, co-artistic director of LEMAIRE, the new Siegelbaum-Tran publishing house devotes its first publication to the work of self-taught Chilean artist and craftsman Carlos Peñafiel. Rich in photographs and archives, the monograph unveils the artist's prolific creativity, fueled by freedom, poetry, and sensuality, exploring the dreamlike and anthropomorphic potential of molded leather, wood, and bronze.
